Ultimate Football Cards ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the Ultimate Football Cards app collects, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information. You can play as a guest without giving us any personal information. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and an account identifier from that service.

Game and profile data. Your nickname, team name, crest and kit choices, card collection, squads, matches, league progress, quests, achievements, in-game currencies and in-game market activity.

Purchase information. When you buy something in the app, the App Store or Google Play processes the payment. We receive the product, the time and the transaction identifiers so that we can deliver what you bought. We never see your payment card details.

Device and technical information. Device model, operating system version, app version, language and region settings, a push notification token (if you allow notifications), and crash and performance diagnostics.

Advertising and measurement identifiers. Device identifiers used by our advertising and measurement partners, such as the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA, only if you allow tracking on iOS), the identifier for vendors (IDFV) and the Android Advertising ID.

Usage data. In-app events such as opening the app, registering, finishing the tutorial, levelling up, making a purchase and interacting with ads.

Approximate location. Our advertising partner Google AdMob may estimate your approximate location (country or city level) from your IP address. We do not collect your precise location.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the game: save your progress, run matches and leagues, and deliver your purchases.
• To send push notifications you allowed (for example, when your energy is full).
• To show ads, including optional rewarded ads, and to measure how our ads and campaigns perform.
• To understand how the app is used and to improve it.
• To prevent fraud, cheating and abuse, and to keep the game fair.
• To answer your support requests and to meet our legal obligations.

3. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with these partners, and only for the purposes above:

• Supabase (backend hosting) stores your account, game and purchase data on our behalf. https://supabase.com/privacy
• Google AdMob (ads) receives device identifiers, ad interaction data, diagnostics and your IP address (used for approximate location). https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Meta (Facebook App Events) receives app events, including purchase events with their value and currency, device identifiers and your in-app account ID, for ad measurement and analytics. https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
• TikTok (TikTok Business SDK) receives app events, including purchase events, device identifiers, your in-app account ID, your nickname and, if you signed in, your email address, for ad measurement and analytics. https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers push notifications and receives your push token and basic device information. https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Apple and Google provide sign-in and in-app purchase processing under their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights and users, or as part of a business transfer.

4. Your choices

• Tracking on iOS. We ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency. If you decline, the IDFA is not shared, and every feature of the app keeps working.
• Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before ads are personalised and before the Meta and TikTok SDKs run. You can change your choice later in the app under Settings → Privacy choices.
• Advertising ID on Android. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings.
• Notifications. You can turn push notifications off at any time in your device settings.
• Access, correction and deletion. You can see and edit your profile in the app. You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or ask us to delete it at https://ultimatefootballcards.blogspot.com/2026/05/account-deletion-ultimate-football-cards.html or by email. We keep only the records the law requires us to keep, such as purchase records.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and game data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your data or make it anonymous, except records we must keep by law.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security and international transfers

Data is encrypted in transit. Our partners may process data in countries other than yours, with appropriate safeguards.

8. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date above. For material changes, we also tell you in the app or by email.
