  How to delete your account


  You can permanently delete your Ultimate Football Cards account and all associated data directly

  from within the app:

  

  1. Open the Ultimate Football Cards app.

  2. Go to Settings from the dashboard.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.


  If you cannot access the in-app option, send an email to mehmetsametdurgun@gmail.com from the

  address associated with your account. Subject line: Account Deletion Request. We will process the

  request within 7 business days.

  What gets deleted

  

  The following data is permanently removed upon account deletion:


  - Profile (nickname, avatar, country)

  - Card collection and squad data

  - In-game currency and pack pieces

  - Quest progress and statistics

  - Ad watch history and reward tracking

  - Push notification tokens

  - Authentication credentials (Google / Apple / Email)

  What is retained and for how long

  

  For legal compliance and fraud prevention, the following data may be retained:


  - Purchase records — kept for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations.

  - Audit logs — anonymized event logs retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

  - Aggregate analytics — non-identifiable aggregated metrics may persist indefinitely.

  Subscription cancellation

  

  Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active premium subscription.


  - Google Play: open Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions →

  select Ultimate Football Cards → Cancel.

  - Apple App Store: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Ultimate Football Cards →

   Cancel.
