App: Ultimate Football Cards

1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application “Ultimate Football Cards” (the “App”), provided by Ultimate Football Cards (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA will apply to the extent required by Apple’s policies.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4) Accounts

If the App offers account creation, you are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.

5) Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• The App may offer subscriptions and/or in-app purchases (“IAP”).

• Payments and subscription management are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store your payment card details.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

• Refunds are generally handled in accordance with Apple’s refund policies and procedures.

6) License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code (except where permitted by law).

• Use cheats, exploits, automation, bots, or any unauthorized tools to gain an advantage.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers, security, or normal operation.

7) Virtual Items / Game Content

The App may include virtual items, in-game currency, or digital content. Virtual items have no real-world value, are not redeemable for real money, and are not transferable unless explicitly allowed by the App.

8) Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App (including graphics, text, logos, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.

11) Disclaimers

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or related to your use of the App.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” above and, where required, provide additional notice.
