 USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

App: Ultimate Football Cards

This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data associated with the “Ultimate Football Cards” app.


1) How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to:

info@ultimatefootballcards.com


Email subject:

Data Deletion Request – Ultimate Football Cards


In your email, please include:

• Your in-app username (or nickname), if applicable

• The email address used in the App (if any)

• Your approximate account creation date (optional)

• Any identifier shown inside the App settings (e.g., User ID), if available

• A short note stating you request deletion of your account and associated personal data


2) Verification

To protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask for additional information to verify that you are the account owner.


3) What We Delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize (where appropriate) the personal data linked to your account, which may include:

• Account/profile information (e.g., username)

• App progress and game data linked to your account

• Support messages or communications linked to your account


4) What We May Retain

We may retain certain records where required by law, for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution. Where possible, we retain only anonymized data.


5) Processing Time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.


6) Important Note About App Store Subscriptions

Deleting your account/data in the App does NOT automatically cancel your App Store subscription.

To cancel a subscription, please go to your Apple ID subscription settings on your device.
